Update: Amended Petition Filed in RSU/FHU Pres. Joe Wiley Lawsuit
2January 22, 2008 by Tyson Wynn
The WynnBlog reported last week that Rogers State University President (and Freed-Hardeman University President-Elect) Joe Wiley has been named in another wrongful termination lawsuit, files Jan. 14, 2008, in Rogers County District Court.
Marilyn McClain Goff’s attorney filed a First Amended Petition in the case as of last Friday. The petition is substantially the same, though the Defendants have been modified. RSU does not technically have an RSU Board of Regents, as RSU, Cameron, and OU are all governed by the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents. This filing modifies that. Look for another amended petition, as this version (like the first) anticipates another amended petition, adding state tort claims.

What does it take to get the people of Oklahoma to wake up and smell the Wiley? Does Volturo need to go to jail. Hey, nobody gives a fat rats rear until it happens to you personally. Well, It happened to me and I am darn sure caring! Enough to squeal like a little girl…get ready! The fat lady is gona sing!
With this latest post, thank you Tyson Wynn, I have completely lost faith and respect for Larry Rice. Is he still with us? Where is the Rice voice in any of this. Oh sir, can it be true that all these people are wrong and only Linda Andrews and Tom volturo are right? How many more millions before you realize what is before your very face? we had such hope for a new dawn and a new day. Dr. Rice, you have broken my heart.
What else must God himself deliver to your door before you smell that coffee that goes with …You’re TOAST?
