Fortunately the bill passed in the special session of the Legislature. And then, Gov. Henry vetoed it because, in his estimation, it went beyond the scope of why he called the special session. And then, voila! today the OU Regents raise their tuition 5.8%. Are you all beginning to see how this works??? [...]</description>
